During the review meeting the mayor reported two administrative reappointments and one commission reappointment: Melissa Canonez and finance officer Melissa Weirock were reappointed as representative and alternate to the Lebanon County Tax Collection Committee for one-year terms effective Jan. 1, 2026, and Jeremy Kolonoski was reappointed to the City of Lebanon Shade Tree Commission for a five-year term effective Nov. 30, 2025.

In public comment, resident Cornell Wilson thanked the city and partner organizations for opening warming station space and asked whether overnight or later-hour options exist for people seeking shelter after 5 p.m. He also announced a community Christmas meal at Lebanon County Christian Ministries from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. on Christmas Day, open to anyone in Lebanon County or Lebanon City.
