Oklahoma County advisory members on Monday received progress reports on ARPA-funded capital projects, with the owner’s representative saying elevator work and interior fit-outs are nearing completion and other tasks remain pending inspections and equipment deliveries.

Bill, the owner’s representative, told the infrastructure advisory meeting that abatement at the annex is complete and officials are "waiting for some, DOL inspections," adding, "Metro 2 has been inspected and we have the state requirement final state punch list that we're working through, and then we'll begin Metro 1." He described the ICB elevator as "about 98%" complete but said crews are waiting for permanent power from Lingo, and that the fifth floor is similarly "98% done," with low-voltage terminations and a furniture schedule still outstanding.

The report covered additional items: front-entrance ductwork inspections, entry-frame work, and ongoing progress on the behavioral health services space despite weather-related delays. Bill said several fixtures and furnishings — including lockers, appliances, signage and benches — have been ordered and are expected in late December, and that Lingo has committed to finish low-voltage work off-site in January.

Board members asked for timing and contractor details; the transcript records a planned kickoff meeting with the contracted management firm on the 16th.
