The Yamhill County Board of Commissioners approved several items by unanimous vote on Dec. 11 in a set of routine and programmatic actions.

Key approvals included:

- Amendment No. 4 to Agreement No. 185833 with the Oregon Health Authority (board order 25‑269) to increase funding for public health services by $1,193,284.30. A commissioner moved approval and the board voted aye, aye, aye.

- Agreement No. 182234 between Yamhill County Health and Human Services and the Oregon Department of Human Services/Oregon Health Authority to allow access to certified community behavioral health clinic–related data; approved unanimously.

- A lease agreement between Yamhill County Health and Human Services and the Housing Authority of Yamhill County not to exceed $45,276 for an initial term retroactive to March 1, 2025 through Feb. 28, 2026; approved unanimously.

- Personal services contracts for court mediation services: Eddy Aragon doing business as Pathways Oregon (term 12/11/2025–12/11/2026) and Stephanie Allen (term 12/11/2025–12/11/2026); both approved unanimously.

The board also approved its consent agenda earlier in the meeting. The motions were recorded as passing unanimously on the record. Individual board members did not request additional departmental reports on these items at the time of approval.
