One committee member said the proposals will be substantive and that January’s delegation meeting will be an important session for recommendation and potential votes.

Committee leaders said they did not want to preview details at length at the Dec. 5 meeting but confirmed they would provide written materials at least a week before the January session if possible. Members flagged the need to understand the county’s funding obligations as proposals are developed.
