The planning board opened a public hearing for MC3 Ventures LLC (Hugh McKenzie) on Dec. 4 concerning a proposed change of use and amended site plan for property on Route 17N. The applicant requested the hearing be adjourned to allow further consideration and possible special meeting scheduling.
