With no items pulled for separate consideration, a motion to approve the consent agenda was moved and seconded; the commission approved the motion by voice vote and the Chair announced, "Motion carried." The commission's action records its findings as recommendations to the Pennington County Board of Commissioners, which will make final decisions on the permits.
