The draft agreement includes an indemnity and hold-harmless clause requiring the city to accept responsibility if county equipment damages city infrastructure (for example, a fire hydrant).

Supervisors discussed mapping and examples of covered routes (gravel routes that become city streets), enforcement of no-parking for snow removal, and coordination with cities such as Clarion, which county staff expect to engage first. County staff said they would send draft agreements to affected towns and requested authority to finalize standard agreement language for consideration.

No formal vote to adopt the agreements was recorded; staff said they would circulate draft forms to affected cities for review and return to the board for approval.
