After a brief recess, supervisors reconvened as the board of drainage trustees and approved the tentative drainage agenda and minutes from the prior meeting.
Trustees reviewed four drainage claims and five invoices, including construction and professional-services invoices for multiple drainage districts. A work order for DD40 (Section 15, Blaine Township) was noted as having a collapsed 30-inch tile; trustees approved payment of the listed drainage invoices totaling $6,916.50 and set an informational landowner meeting for JDD111-3.
Trustees also discussed coordination with Franklin County on a proposed work order for JDD118-4 that lies solely in Franklin County and agreed that Wright County would not participate in decisions for a project comprised only of Franklin County landowners, provided meeting minutes are shared.
All drainage motions and invoice approvals were carried by voice vote.
