The Practitioner Licensing Board approved the minutes of its Aug. 22 meeting and voted to adopt proposed meeting dates for 2026.
Board member Monroe moved to approve the minutes, saying, "I motion to approve the minutes from last meeting." The motion was seconded and the chair called for the vote; members present answered "Aye" and the minutes were approved.
The board then considered proposed meeting dates for 2026. A motion to approve the calendar was made and seconded; members again voted "Aye" and the schedule was adopted.
Later in the meeting Celeste Deldahl of the practitioner licensing section raised a planned agenda item and said she had not received notice. Staff member Steve Carriger explained the applicant who had sought reinstatement had withdrawn her application, so there was nothing to present. "The applicant that was for reinstatement has withdrawn her application, so there's nothing to present," Carriger said. Board members noted that in prior cases the board has sometimes held a special meeting to process reinstatements quickly, but no special meeting was scheduled at this session.
No additional formal actions were taken and the chair adjourned the meeting following closing remarks.
