Administrators presented Students of the Month for September, October and November in both middle and high school during the board meeting on Dec. 8. Winners were nominated by faculty and selected by a committee; the Elks Club in Bordentown partners on the program and selects one Elks student of the month.

Middle‑school winners included Aidan Kullar, Grace Arts, Cecilia Wachanski (Luchansk), Briley (Bridal) Garcia, Seamus Rambo and Mikayla (Mikaela) Osborne. High‑school winners included Dylan Tabio Young, Alexander Baumley, Katherine Applegate, Soumya Singh, Christian Bansi (Mansey), and others. Students and families were invited forward for recognition and the board played a video produced by Northern TV highlighting each winner's activities and future goals.

Why it matters: the monthly recognition highlights student achievement in extracurriculars and academics across grades and strengthens the district's partnership with community organizations such as the Elks Club. Administrators noted the video will be posted to the district's YouTube channel for families to share.

What comes next: the board recessed briefly for photographs and refreshments after the presentations and will post the video on Northern TV's channel for wider viewing.
