The Board of Finance opened its Dec. meeting with a procedural vote to amend the published agenda, postponing item 8 to January and adding an election of secretary.

After roll call, members nominated and elected Todd as chair by unanimous voice vote; a board member cited lower town debt and a fully funded pension under his leadership since 2018. Chris was nominated and elected secretary by unanimous voice vote.

The board then moved to approve the Nov. 11 minutes; the motion passed by voice vote with no opposition recorded.
