The Weston County Hospital Board introduced its new chief financial officer and approved a slate of provider credentialing before moving into executive session.

Speaker 2 introduced Paul (referenced in the transcript as 'Paul Veil Meli Meli Melano' and later pronounced 'Mea Lano') as the new CFO. Paul described a finance background in private equity, investment banking and health-care operations and said his priorities include compliance, transparency and stabilizing finances.
