Key actions taken by Meridian City Council on Dec. 9, 2025:

• Meridian Luxe (H2025-0035): Approved 3–1. The council voted to rezone the 5.99‑acre site at 2350 W McMillan Rd from LO to CC, adopt a comp-plan amendment, and modify the DA to allow 24,336 sq ft of commercial space and 54,000 sq ft of 41 privately owned storage condos, with conditions (mature landscaping in lieu of a berm, 8‑ft fence in specified areas, pathway alignment allowances, McMillan access waiver and hours-of-operation limits). Motion by Councilman Taylor; roll-call: Little Roberts Aye, Taylor Aye, Schrader No, Whitlock Aye.

• Cherry Blossom East (H2025-0030): Continued to 01/13/2026 to allow the developer and adjacent homeowners to pursue a cross-access agreement addressing driveway widths, emergency access and maintenance responsibilities. Motion by Councilman Taylor; voice vote carried.

• Ordinance 25-2103: Adopted (rezoning/plan map amendments for Gramercy areas). Roll-call recorded Little Roberts Aye, Taylor Aye, Streeter Aye, Whitlock Aye.

• Ordinance 25-2104: Adopted (annexation and rezoning of ~7.21 acres). Roll-call recorded Little Roberts Aye, Taylor Aye, Strader Aye, Whitlock Aye.
