2) Consent calendar: Motion to approve consent items 1, 4 and 5 as presented; items 2 and 3 were pulled for discussion. Consent item 2 (road rehabilitation funding adjustment from ~$475,000 to ~$676,000 estimate) was discussed and approved by roll call (votes recorded as yes by all members present). Outcome: approved.
3) Consent item 3: Resolution authorizing the Town Manager to execute a maintenance agreement with Caltrans for Woodside Road bicycle and pedestrian improvements (staff recommended; project budget $800,000).
