The City Council approved a memorandum of understanding with Southeast Idaho Public Health for inspection services of municipal swimming pools and authorized the mayor to sign the MOU subject to legal department review.

Council member motioned and the council approved the agreement by roll call. Staff told council the MOU formalizes public‑health inspections of City of Pocatello pools and clarified that final documents will be reviewed by the legal department before execution.
