The Tooele County Redevelopment Agency on the evening record elected Councilman Kendall Thomas as its 2026 chair and adopted a fiscal-year 2026 budget totaling $65,000.

Kendall Thomas opened the redevelopment agency meeting, reported that all council members were present alongside management (Andy and Britney), the county attorney and a minute-taker identified as "Miss Nikki." No members of the public offered comments during the public comment period.

The agency moved to strike the Dec. 3, 2024 minutes from the agenda and to approve the Oct. 21, 2025 minutes. Those motions were made and seconded and passed by voice vote.

For the chair selection, a motion by 'Mister Ty' (identified elsewhere in the record as Ty Hoffman) to appoint Kendall Thomas as chairman was seconded by Councilman Eric Stromberg; the motion passed on a voice vote and Thomas was installed as chair for 2026.

Under Resolution 2025-4, Allison (staff) presented the proposed redevelopment agency budget and said the RDA budget for 2026 is $65,000 and noted a public hearing was held Oct. 21, 2025. The agency moved to adopt the resolution; the motion was seconded and passed by voice vote.

The meeting adjourned after the votes.
