Assessor’s office staff reported that the office plans to complete remaining 2024 assessment appeals in March and April 2026 to clear the way for work on 2025 appeals.
Brian Glover said the office intends to schedule the remaining 2024 appeals in March and April and noted final filing dates; staff acknowledged some filings arriving near the deadline may be accepted as a courtesy though the office is not obligated to allow corrections.
Staff recommended not scheduling hearings for February and requested cancellation of the Feb. 5, 2026 meeting; the Presiding Officer moved to exclude the February meeting from the 2026 calendar, the motion received a second and was approved, with the board confirming March 5 and April 2 as the next scheduled meeting dates.
Staff also noted some postponements (for example, Phillips/Todd, co‑trustee matters) had been pushed to March and that notices for hearings would need to be issued if dates were changed.
