The Kossuth County Board of Supervisors unanimously approved renewal of an agricultural lease with lessee Zach Nielsen covering county tillable acres and a gravel pit site.

Speaker 8 reported the agreement is signed by Zach Nielsen and described the crop-share arrangement: county receives one-third of the crop and the lessee receives two-thirds. The board discussed prior consideration and moved to renew the lease. A motion (recorded as made by Haas and seconded by Garman in the minutes) passed unanimously.

Staff will finalize and file the signed lease documents.
