At the close of the Dec. 9 session the City of Quincy Board of License Commissioners approved a set of proposed 2026 license board hearing dates that had been circulated by email, moved to accept and waive the reading of the minutes from the Nov. 18 hearing, confirmed the next hearing for Tuesday, Dec. 16 (final hearing of 2026) and then adjourned.

Both motions — to adopt the 2026 hearing schedule and to accept the Nov. 18 minutes — were moved, seconded and approved by voice vote as recorded on the transcript. A board member then moved to adjourn and the chair closed the meeting.
