Mike Kelly, chair of the Board of County Commissioners, called to order a special meeting of the Board sitting as the governing board of Johnson County Consolidated Fire District number 1 at approximately 11:33 a.m. on Dec. 11, 2025.

Commissioner Allen Brand moved to approve the consent agenda "as written." Commissioner Brewer seconded the motion. The clerk called the roll; Commissioners Fast, Myers, Brewer, Hanslick, Ashcraft, Allen Brand and Chair Kelly each voted "aye." The motion passed 7-0.

Chair Kelly noted that all items remained on the consent agenda and that there were no items pending on the action agenda. With no objections, he adjourned the meeting.

The special meeting was procedural: the Board performed a roll call, approved the consent agenda unanimously, and took no further action. No ordinances, appointments, or substantive deliberations were recorded in the transcript of the special meeting.
