The AquaGuard Protection Agency voted Dec. 10 to accept RA 24‑104255, the reregistration application for MENA and Marco Inc., doing business as Amoco at Main Avenue, after staff said the applicant submitted a certified materials‑management plan and a certified stormwater‑management plan and had implemented required best management practices.
Alexis, an agency staff member, told the agency the application was nearly complete at the prior meeting and that the applicant has now delivered the outstanding elements. Alexis said staff had reviewed the certified plans and recommended that the agency accept the reregistration.
A motion to accept the reregistration was made and seconded. The meeting record shows two abstentions; the chair announced the motion carried and advised the registrant to notify staff as soon as the registration paperwork is confirmed so the agency can note the completion in its records. No additional conditions were attached to the acceptance.
The agency then moved on to a separate enforcement item and did not take further action on this reregistration during the meeting. The acceptance means the registrant may continue regulated repair activities consistent with the registration and any standard conditions.
The agency's next regular meeting was noted on the record; staff said they would inform the applicant if any additional follow-up is necessary.
