Committee discussion noted the substitute would make the list of prices that hospitals publish identical to current CMS requirements, require lists be easily accessible on hospital websites, and remove the tie bar to Senate Bill 94. The H‑3 substitute was adopted by roll call, and Representative Beerline subsequently moved to report Senate Bill 95 as substituted (H‑3) to the floor with a recommendation that it pass; the roll call in the record was reported in favor and the motion prevailed.
