York County commissioners voted by voice Dec. 3 to adopt the consent agenda covering items 1 through 28, with no discussion recorded after the motion and second. Following adjournment of the Board meeting, the Salary Board met and approved its Nov. 19, 2025 minutes by motion and voice vote.
