Court administers oath to two new Scott County Ag Extension board members

At the opening of the work session the presiding court member read the oath of office and administered it to Chuck Tackett and James Happy for service on the Scott County Ag Extension District Board. Both appointees affirmed the oath and were thanked for their willingness to serve.

The oath was read aloud and the new members raised their right hands and affirmed the oath, completing the formal appointment procedure. No motion or vote was recorded in the transcript beyond the oath administration and affirmation.

Court members then moved into the regular meeting agenda, beginning with the Lytle's Fork advisory board presentation.
