Webster Groves ARB approves 505 South Court addition with a required kitchen window

The Webster Groves Architectural Review Board voted to approve the addition at 505 South Court after the applicant agreed to add a kitchen window on the north elevation to match the size and style of the second‑floor window. The applicant participated virtually and said the proposed change was acceptable.

A board member moved to approve the project "as submitted with the understanding that a window will be added into the kitchen, on the north elevation, and the window will match the size and style of the window above." The motion was seconded and passed by voice vote.

The board recorded no other conditions beyond the agreed window addition. Staff will include the required change in the permit set and confirmed the applicant could submit the revised drawings in time for the next ARB schedule.
