Southborough — The Community Preservation Committee on Dec. 11 spent substantial time on signage and close‑out items for previously approved projects, discussed bond accounting and approved minutes from prior meetings by roll call.

Members reviewed temporary and permanent signage for projects including the Peninsula Trail, Halloran property and golf course features and discussed coordinating with the town’s downtown wayfinding grant, which becomes available Jan. 1. The CPC talked about closing out older sign obligations so bond accounts can be settled.

The committee approved minutes from earlier meetings (Claire moved; Grant seconded) and conducted roll‑call votes with members voting in favor. Committee members also agreed the next full packet of funding numbers would be presented at the Dec. 18 meeting to inform final warrant drafting decisions.

The meeting was adjourned after roll‑call approval; the CPC will reconvene on Dec. 18 at 7 p.m. in the Townhouse meeting room, with Zoom panelists set up and the meeting recorded by Sam.
