The Boating Advisory Council opened its Dec. 2 meeting with member introductions and approved the prior meeting minutes by voice vote after a motion by John Larson and a second by DeWitt.

Staff briefed the council on two Clean Vessel Act applications and 19 Boating Access applications, explained the 1–7 scoring rubric and described document-sharing and Google scoring forms for reviewers. After discussion of eligibility checks, scoring equity for nonmotorized users and timelines, John Larson moved to adjourn; the motion was seconded and passed by voice vote. The chair closed the meeting and staff will circulate application folders and the scoring matrix for reviewer use.
