The motion to table 123 Jefferson Street and 1229 West Main was moved by a board member and seconded; the board voted to table both applications. Chair instructions indicated the projects will be scheduled again once applicants and staff provide updated materials.

Staff also announced that the application listed as "Orban Ashes" had been withdrawn and was not considered at the meeting. No permits or certificates were granted for the tabled properties; applicants will need to re-file or request placement on a future agenda.
