At the Dec. 2 meeting the Seattle City Council moved and seconded to adopt the consent calendar, which included the minutes of Nov. 21, 2025, and Council Bill 121,134 (payment of bills). The clerk conducted a roll-call vote: Councilmembers Juarez, Kettle, Lynn, Rink, Rivera, Saka, Strauss, Hollingsworth and Council President Nelson all voted in favor; there were no recorded no votes or abstentions.

The council chair directed the clerk to affix the president’s signature to the adopted legislation and minutes on the president’s behalf. There were no items removed from the consent calendar, and no committee reports were considered.
