Blaze Beeney, the Johnstown High School student representative, reported on student activities and community outreach at the board meeting, thanking staff and volunteers for recent efforts.

Beeney noted that "the senior class officers will be writing the thank you cards to cafeteria staff for the holidays," and highlighted NHS drives, Key Club distributions to veterans, and student achievements including qualifying appearances at regional and national competitions. Attendees thanked staff who helped organize a FAFSA night, with specific appreciation for district employees named in remarks.

The board acknowledged student accomplishments and upcoming events including the JHS holiday concert scheduled for Sunday, Dec. 14 at 3 p.m. in the Cochran Auditorium. The student report concluded the presentations portion of the meeting before the board moved to executive session and subsequent personnel and budget items.
