At its Dec. 1 meeting the Fall River Conservation Commission tabled a number of notices of intent and administrative items while approving several delineations and routine items.
Items tabled pending additional documentation or owner signatures included SE‑24‑843 (565 Detroit St. — pool/grading), SE‑24‑847 (121 Whitfield St.), SE‑24‑855 (Weavers Cove Industrial Park LLC), SE‑24‑857 (Liberty Utilities, 994 Jefferson St.), and SE‑24‑861 (transmission‑line separation). Staff reported that many of these matters require additional materials, owner signatures or clearer engineering submittals.
The commission approved an abbreviated resource area delineation for 372 Stevens Street (SE‑24‑867) after staff reviewed updated flagging and plan revisions. The commission also addressed a long‑running compliance question for 372 Stevens (SE‑24‑161) and directed follow‑up documentation from the applicant before a certificate of compliance can be issued.
Administratively, the commission approved the 2026 meeting schedule and approved minutes from the Nov. 3 meeting. The meeting adjourned after routine citizen input and brief clarifications from staff.
