Clerk Tammer read items on the consent agenda that included minutes from the Nov. 17 meeting, accounts payable totaling $3,716,973.07, several ZBA reports, a park‑district plan‑unit development and plat, a DuPage Senior Citizens funding request, a neighborhood traffic‑study report, a noise‑compatibility commission intergovernmental agreement, IDOT Smart Corridor supplemental funding resolution for Illinois 64 (North Avenue), a water main replacement construction‑engineering services contract, an amendment to the construction agreement for the water‑reclamation‑facility improvement project, a non‑exclusive license agreement with the Spring Road Business Association, a Marsh McLennan proposal for insurance brokerage services, and a resolution regarding release of certain closed‑session minutes.
Alderman Shank moved to approve the consent agenda; the motion passed on roll call with 12 ayes, 0 nays, 2 absent. The clerk recorded the tally at the meeting.
