Councilor Washington presented and council approved AB25‑103, which amends Snoqualmie Municipal Code Title 19, Chapter 19.12 on critical areas — a second reading that passed after staff introduction and no public comment.
The council also approved AB25‑104 to certify a regular levy of $8,891,035, representing a 0.82% increase ($71,946) in regular property‑tax revenue for the fiscal year beginning Jan. 1, 2026, and AB25‑105 setting the regular property tax levy for 2026.
