At the start of the Nov. 6 meeting the Scottsdale Development Review Board approved the Nov. 6, 2025 meeting minutes and the Development Review Board 2026 hearing calendar by unanimous roll call votes. Staff noted there will be no meeting on Dec. 4 and that the board’s next scheduled meeting is Dec. 11, which will be the final DRB meeting of the calendar year.

The chair also announced there were no public commenters registered for the meeting. Two board members were later recused on a separate agenda item (Park Phase 1) and did not vote on that case.
