Key approvals included supplemental funding of $53,009.60 for pavement system assessments (agenda item 16), a sole‑source thermoplastic restriping contract covering 68 streets priced at $579,850 (agenda item 17), and a roadway‑lighting agreement with the Georgia Department of Transportation for State Route 383 (Jimmy Dyes Parkway) to allow Georgia Power to install the lights with the city assuming operation and maintenance responsibility (agenda item 19).
