- Accept agenda as presented. Motion made by Board member Flores; approved by voice vote.

- Approve regular meeting minutes for Oct. 16, 2025. Motion moved and approved by voice vote.

- Approve consent agenda. Motion moved and approved by voice vote.

- Award contract (RFP 25-26-148) for districtwide fire alarm upgrades to Coyote Cabling LLC. Motion moved by a board member and approved by voice vote. Project sites named in the presentation included Loma Linda Elementary, Riverside Elementary and Santa Teresa High School.

- Approve voluntary retirement incentive option (action item 13b). Motion moved by Miss Lewis and approved by voice vote. HR said the program would be open to employees eligible to retire in fiscal year 2026 with an application process to verify eligibility.

- Adjourn. Motion to adjourn carried by voice vote.
