Staff said the applicant requested a continuance to preserve the pending variance process in case a future design change again triggers the need for variances.
A motion to continue VR04‑01 to the June 14, 2004 hearing was moved, seconded and approved by the commission (motion carries 4‑0). No public testimony was offered on the request.
The continuance preserves the applicant's prior filings and positions the matter for reconsideration at the June 14 hearing if needed.
