Wayne County commissioners voted to approve Amendment 1 to a four‑year contract (with three one‑year renewal options) with Procurement Consulting Group to broaden the firms scope to support preparation for the countys enterprise resource planning (ERP) launch and to extend the procure‑to‑pay platform license by one year.

The item was presented as a contracting action to add services and extend licensing associated with the countys ERP rollout. Commissioner Peterson Mayberry asked whether the dissolution of a subcontractor, AC Procurement Advisors, was caused by the subcontractors relocation.
