LANSING — The Michigan House Agriculture Committee voted unanimously to refer two bills to the House Rules Committee.

Representative Piavo moved to refer House Bill 4881 to the House Rules Committee. The clerk called the roll; the clerk reported "10 Aye, 0 Nay, 0 Pass." The motion prevailed and the committee reported HB 4881 to Rules.

Representative Skaggs then moved to refer House Bill 4882 to the House Rules Committee. The clerk called the roll; the clerk reported "10 Aye, 0 Nay, 0 Pass." The motion prevailed and the committee reported HB 4882 to Rules.

Before the agribusiness presentation, the clerk read support cards for HB 4882 into the record, listing Jarrett Scoops from the Mackinac Center and Tim Golding and Sonny Koch from Americans for Prosperity Michigan as supporters who did not wish to speak.
