Trustees voted unanimously to change the Northern Nye County Hospital District's regular monthly meeting time from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month. The motion passed 3-0.

Trustees who supported the change said a later start time makes attendance easier for people finishing work and for trustees who require childcare. One trustee said, "Personally, it makes it easier because then I can have childcare." The board directed the clerk to update public notices and the meeting calendar to reflect the new time.

The change takes effect for the next regular meeting and was approved without amendments.
