4) 2026 street maintenance program amendment: Staff proposed a minor revision to the 2026 residential rehabilitation/overlay list to remove recently chip-sealed streets and add other residential streets nearby; staff said the overall program budget remains $31,025,000. The committee approved the amendment 6-0.

5) KDOT traffic-probe subaward agreement: Staff presented a city-state agreement for procurement of traffic-safety probe data (federal reimbursement to KDOT then to the city). KDOT requested updated contract language; the subaward is for $131,250 (federal reimbursement amount). The committee approved the agreement 6-0.
