The Bay County Board of County Commissioners approved its consent agenda, authorizing multiple routine items including a $77,500 Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Section 5310 grant resolution and a lease renewal for a state attorney storage facility.
Staff told the board the FDOT Section 5310 grant is for Federal Transit Administration-related programing and asked the board to adopt the attached resolution and authorize the chairman to sign the grant agreement. Staff also recommended approval of a lease renewal with Namask Properties (state attorney storage), an addendum to a fuel card credit application with WEX Bank, a resolution supporting an application for a Small County Outreach resurfacing grant for Thomas Drive, and approval and recordation of Clear Lake Estates unrecorded subdivision rights of way and easements to transfer to Bay County.
County staff summarized each consent item and asked the board for approval. The board voted to approve the consent agenda in one motion and roll-call votes followed; commissioners recorded affirmative votes for the motion.
The vote authorized the chairman to sign the FDOT grant agreement and the other listed documents so staff can finalize and implement the items approved by the board.
