Staff and the zoning commission recommended approval; the applicant amended the request to C-3 NA to include a prohibition on alcohol sales. Thirteen notices were mailed; no responses were recorded within the 200-foot boundary and one opposed response came from outside that boundary. Councilmember Kurage moved to approve item 33 as amended to prohibit alcohol sales; the motion was seconded and carried.
