The Decatur City Council approved a final plat for Lot 6, Block R of the Lipsey Addition and approved a consent agenda that included two additional replats.

Senior Planner Lisa Hannon presented RP 2024-09, a final plat for a 0.31-acre property (Lot 6, Block R, Lipsey Addition) that also includes the south-southeast 10 feet of the adjacent alley. "Formal addressing of the property is currently in progress," Hannon said. She reported no returns from public notices and said the plat met the minimum requirements of the city's zoning ordinance, subdivision regulations and design standards. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval 6-0 and staff recommended approval of RP 2024-09.

During the meeting a council member moved to approve RP 2024-09 and the motion carried by voice vote. The council then considered the consent agenda, which staff recommended for approval and which the Planning and Zoning Commission also recommended 6-0 for RP 2024-11 and RP 2024-12. A council member moved to approve the consent agenda and a second was recorded; the council approved the consent agenda by voice vote.
