- Harmony Garden (DET2024004): Applicant requested and the council deferred the item to a later meeting (mover requested deferral).

- Penn Place 1 (DSP 23003): Deferred to the next meeting at council request.

- DSP 19031 (Popeyes / 3 Roads Corner LLC remand): Deferred to the Jan. 27 district council meeting (mover: Council Member Harrison).

Other procedural actions:

- Minutes for the Nov. 18, 2024 district council meeting were approved on voice/roll call.

- The council voted 8-0 to convene an executive session under Maryland law (General Provisions Article, section 3-305(b)(1)) to consider appointments to the Police Accountability Board and the Spending Affordability Committee.
