The New Castle County Administrative Finance Committee adopted its meeting minutes and approved three grant requests during its afternoon session.

Councilwoman Kilpatrick moved to award $1,500 from her grant account to the Hokkeston Historical Society for a Juneteenth program at the Hough Kessen Community Center; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
Councilwoman George moved to award $404,485 from her grant allocation to the Newark Symphony Orchestra for its spring program; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
