City of Dallas purchasing staff opened bids March 28, 2025, for CIZ24AVI3121, a remodel of the Dallas Love Field Airport Operations Center (AOC) and Airport Emergency Operations Center (AEOC).

The city announced four bidders at the opening and the totals as read aloud. Postl Group LLC submitted $2,614,155.00; Oil Construction submitted $2,699,619.81; SPD SDB Inc. submitted $3,214,726.46; and Bridal Construction Group submitted $4,247,543.00. No award or evaluation decision was made at the bid opening.

The bid opening record provided the list of submitters and the amounts read into the record. The city concluded the public reading of bids at the end of the session and directed viewers to the city website to view the bid opening online.
