The Revere License Commission voted on April 16 to revoke all licenses issued to Four Brothers 4 Partners Inc., doing business as Antonia’s at the Beach, citing chronic noncompliance that the commission said dates to 2019.
The commission reviewed a history of repeated hearings and returned correspondence from the Massachusetts Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission (ABCC). The chair noted the ABCC returned a “no action” notice dated Jan. 30–31, 2025 and said Antonia’s has repeatedly failed to submit required transfer documentation and has operated without an approved license manager. The commission cited Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 138 in discussing the statutory requirements for licensed establishments.
Owner Fernando Loiza addressed the commission and said he had tried to complete paperwork and secure financing and that he had been working with attorneys and partners. Landlord Wayne Santolo told the commission the premises are subject to an eviction notice and the tenant must vacate by the end of the month; Santolo said a new tenant may take possession.
After the commission reviewed the record of repeated unauthorized transfers, lack of an approved manager and outstanding fees, a commissioner moved to revoke the all‑alcohol, common victualler and entertainment licenses in their entirety effective immediately. A second was stated and the motion carried. The commission directed that the licenses cannot be transferred to other businesses; any future operator would have to apply anew.
The commission closed the matter and noted the decision was made in consideration of the statutory obligations and the public interest.
