The Abilene City Council approved the consent agenda, consisting of agenda items 3 through 18, by a unanimous roll-call vote after Councilman Beard asked to pull item 7 for separate consideration.

Councilman McAllister made the motion to approve the consent agenda; Councilman Reagan seconded. Roll call recorded affirmative votes from Mayor Pro Tem McAllister, Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Craver, Council Member Price, Council Member Beard, Council Member Reagan and Mayor Hurt. The mayor declared the motion carried.

Item 7 was pulled from the consent agenda for separate discussion and was later taken up and approved as a separate action.
