The Toledo-Lucas County Planning Commission on March 26, 2025, unanimously approved three final subdivision plats and the minutes from its March 26 meeting, with one member recorded as absent.

The commission, chaired by Muhart, convened with a quorum and a posted notice at 1 Government Center. Gibbons, a staff member who conducted the roll call, told commissioners that all required final clearances had been received for the three plats and recommended approval. "These are important for these people to get their projects underway, so we appreciate it," Gibbons said.

The three plats approved were:
- S-3-25, Tree Glen Plat 6, located north of Dutch Road at Spring Glen Drive in Waterville Township. Staff recommended approval after receiving final clearances; the motion to approve passed unanimously.
- S-4-25, Village On The Green Plat 2 (a replat of Legends of Fallen Timbers Fairways), located south of Stitt Road and east of Waterville/Maclover Road in Waterville Township. Staff reported all final clearances had been received and recommended approval; the motion to approve passed unanimously.
- S-5-25, Eagle Creek Plat 11, located south of Savenium Metamora Road and west of Mitchell Road in Savenium Township. Staff reported final clearances were in order and recommended approval; the motion to approve passed unanimously.

The meeting record shows one member, Buhart, was unable to attend. Roll call reflected the presence of Jolly, Rakoff, Alcesky, Grossweiler, Panuski, Sebecke, Wells, Raumbach, Hughes and Chairman Muhart; each item was moved, seconded, and approved by voice vote with no members recorded as opposing.

Minutes from the March 26, 2025 meeting were also moved, seconded and approved by voice vote.
